FALL COLORS!!!

It has been such wonderful weather lately. The temperature has been perfect and the fall colors are so beautiful. This is definitely my favorite time of year!
I was sad to hear the weatherman report that "all good things must come to an end", referring to next weeks forcast.

So for today…we will continue to enjoy it and look forward to the cute little grandchildren in their Halloween costumes that will be coming by tonight.

HUDSON FAMILY REUNION

We had tons of fun this weekend at Randy and Merrie's cabin along with almost everyone from the Hudson family. We were happy that all of family could make it up even if they couldn't stay over night.

One of the most exciting things that happened was the snow that came while we slept Friday night. It looked like Christmas and was so beautiful! Not to mention...sooo much fun for the kids to go sledding (ok, the kids and Robert!)

Paul and Kambree had a fun ride on the 4-wheeler. Kambree looked a little cold when they returned but she said she had fun!

Jake and Lonnie enjoyed many trips on the 4-wheeler, looking for deer.

Robert took a long hike on Saturday morning, trying to keep up with three deer. Paul and Kambree gave him a lift back to the cabin (well, almost to the cabin. He wanted off just before so he could "hike" back!)

We all had lots of fun playing games, good food, and good company. We are looking forward to next year and can't imagine having as much fun next year as we did this year, but we'll see!
