DISNEY CRUISE VACATION
To anyone who may be interested, here are a few pic's from our latest adventure!
The "Disney Wonder" Cruise ship...(Atlantis/Bahamas in the background)
Dad's newest friend...Glen, who looked after our cabins on the ship. He also got quite nervous when dad tried to help him get Angie and Grandma out of their room so he could clean it. He was laughing...but saying "Oh, No! I'm in trouble!"
The colorful homes of the Bahamas...
It was very hot and very humid in the Bahamas. Angie couldn't resist a silly "shivering" picture in from of the ice truck. Grandma couldn't figure out what she was doing...try to explain that one to grandma!
CASTAWAY CAY (DISNEY'S PRIVATE ISLAND)
When we arrived at Castaway Cay the temperature was 81 and the temperature of the water...it was 80!!! Heaven...I NEED to live there!
Grandma liked sitting in her chair at the edge of the ocean. However, she did hold our hands and go in a little further. She was a pretty good sport!
We loved the warm, clear ocean water. Dad and Angie enjoyed snorkeling!
And dad didn't mind the hammock either!
Even with a thick lathering of sunblock, Angie's delicate skin turned beet red.
We had a great time and would love to go again...anytime!
