Father's Day 2008
Thank's to everyone of my family. It has been a fun weekend. Thank you all for the wonderful picture. That is so wonderful. The problem is I am not sure where to place the picture. I don't want it to be too far away. I have the BEST family. Thanks for all of you. It is so fun to play with the grandkids. They are so interesting and funny. I love all the children. They are so fun to play with and be around. They make my day. Thanks to everyone of you. I am so proud of my family and all that they have done and what they are doing. Keep up the great works, I am so proud of all of you.

WHAT I GOT AT WALMART...
Angie posted her latest and greatest purchase at Walmart and so I thought I'd post mine. Yesterday my beautiful white truck got a new set of tires (the ones I had on it were recalled by Goodyear - I'd had them on a year or two). I feel a little guilty accepting new tires but what do you do?? Dad and Angie think that the new tires and a full tank of gas more than triples the actual value of the truck! Who knows...maybe that truck will run for another year or two.
I sometimes wish for a new vehicle but I love not making out a car payment to send off each month and so for that reason alone I will drive it until it won't go another mile, which probably won't be too far!

SCHOOL DAYS ARE HERE!

So, you may have heard that Dad and Angie have gone back to school. It has created quite a stir at our house since Angie announced that she needed to go shopping for school clothes! The first night of school Angie wore her new school shoes and dad broke out one of his new shirts (one that was meant for the vacation we just took, but I guess he was saving it for a "special occassion").
This family loves their cameras and now dad and Angie are fueling the fire - thinking they need to go on field trips and looking for ways to sweeten the teacher up! Good luck in school guys!

Sunday afternoon
What does Sunday after church, package of Mrs. Field chocolate chip cookies and good times have in common?
An evening with Grandma Nona - She loves chocolate. Hot fudge, chocolate milk shake - who knows what else. My how she has changed over the past few years! We visited with grandma and we were served our own package of cookies. We all three eat our cookies. NEWS FLASH - she is getting her bathroom re-done tomorrow. Finally the coco bathroom is going to change. The problem is no one is sure what or how it is going to look. We will have to check it out later.
